Strawberries
Strawberries are low in calories, but high in nutrients, minerals and vitamins. Fresh strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C, B complex vitamins, vitamin A and vitamin E. They contain a good amount of minerals like potassium, and manganese.

Oranges
This fruit have many benefits associated with it s name. First of all oranges are a grate source of dietary fiber and is very low in calories. Being from the citrus family, oranges are rich in vitamin C, and also contains  a variety of phytochemicals that have a positive effect on immune system. Oranges also contain good levels of vitamin A,  B-complex vitamins and minerals like potassium and calcium.

Honeydew
Honeydew melons are very rich in dietary fiber, low in calories and are good to be consumed by people suffering from high blood pressure because they are rich in potassium and water. They are also a good source of Vitamin C, and minerals such as calcium, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium. Honeydew melons are higher in natural sugar than all other melons but the sugar content present in honeydew is very nutritious for health.
