HOMEMADE PIZZA
Ingredients
  • Medium pizza dough recipe for bread machine (1-1/2 pounds):
  • 1 cup water, 80 to 90 degrees F
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-2/3 cups flour
  • 9 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 1-3/4 teaspoons Yeast, active dry, instant or bread machine
  • Pizza toppings:
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups of favorite pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
  • Favorite sliced vegetables (peppers, onions, mushrooms, artichokes, spinach, etc.)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients, in order listed, in bread machine container. Select dough/pizza setting and press start to let the machine do the mixing, kneading and rise.
  2. When dough cycle is completed, spread dough in pizza pan and make your favorite pizza.
  3. Our favorite toppings: pizza sauce, sprinkled with mozzarella cheese. Baked for ~25 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
